Well, our Toshiba is down, with HDD error codes. I have instructions on the procedure to replace and install firmware, but I don't have any firmware
If anyone was feeling kind, that would be wonderful - I don't want to have to tell my boss to go pay $400+ to get this fixed, and look like a failure, haha.
