jamming in e studio 655

Hi all,
I have a problem in e studio 655 always jamming between the fixing unit and left cover, the copy left the exit fixing sensor and went to the left cover, it jams here.
I need your help to solve this jamming,

Hi Mido, Error Code 030 indicates a 'Power On' Jam, ie. paper is still blocking a Sensor - the Display should show a pikky of where the 'Jam' is and judging by the description of the position you have given I would suggest that the Fuser Exit Sensor is at fault - replace & all should be ok.
