Toshiba 3560 copier

I have a copier wiyh bright screen and at an angle can see error C41. Cleared the error with 08/89/0 and reset all the values as per the service manual in 08 mode.As soon as I turn the machine the same problem comes back.Have checked the fuser and the coronas all ok also checked the drum unit contact resistors.Saw on somwhere to check the R2 & R3 in ps did that too. Machine is driving me crazy.Please help

Thanks,do you know if it can be repaired as the logic board is too expensive if I can find one.
There is a bulletin on the drum thermistor that gives the same error code and I checked that too.I have 3 machines with the same problem.
