    E Studio 355 No LCD

    I have a 355 and there is no LCD display. Client said mach froze and then they switched it off/on thus this occurred. Mach's power light comes on, fusing unit rotates but screen and does its self check but LCD does not turn on. I cannot access Top access nor can the client print to mach, mach is unusable. Im thinking Main sys board or HD but am new to the Toshiba mach's so all help is muchly appreciated. I cannot get into any service codes as well and cannot format the HD because of this

          Replace the HD disk and re install the firmeware

              I have had this same problem. It was the system board on mine.

                  Thanks guys I replaced the hd and updated f/ware the next day and fixed the issue. Just haven't had the time to update but thanks again
