It wouldn't copy or print when I got there. just a white screen. cannot get a screen in any test mode either. so Ive taken apart control panel reseated all connectors, also reseated dims on main board, its connectors and the hard drive and its connectors. after that it would copy if you just hit start, and prints came out fine but still just a white screen. Even got a meter count to spit out, just by knowing where to press on the touch panel. Any body seen this? tech support wasn't much help. Thanks for any help,
