Toshiba E Studio 455 creasing second side of duplex

I'm more a Konica Minolta tech and Kyocera Tech so any advice on Toshibas is appreciated....and yes Paul I have the manuals...bought them from you.

Tray 1 set LTR R, Tray 2 set to Legal, and the LCF is LTR of course. I can duplex from tray 1 and 2 just fine, but if I print from LCF which is set LTR the second side is skewing and creasing before it gets to the drum. I can't find anything obstructing or snagging the paper. The clutch is engaging, tested that in mode 03. Any tips on what else I should look at?

Another problem on here and it isn't really an issue I have to dig into but the IT ppl had asked me if I might ask around. Printing from a remote desktop it's not duplexing on legal. Anyone seen this as well?
