I am having problems with a 355 that will display an E061 or E062 jam code, depending on which tray that you might be using at the time. These jam codes indicate that the paper size is wrong. It is not.
After removing the jam it might run hundreds without a problem. Load more paper in the tray for more testing and it does it again. remove jam and its back to working again. It may run hundreds just fine and then the next set it jams and shows this code. It starts working before you get a chance to do anything other than remove the jam . I have been looking through the 100+ bulletins that this model has and have either gotten crossed eyed and missed it or it is just not one them. I am thinking possible sensor issue but the amount it copies while working makes it difficult to believe. Has anybody else experienced this or have some thoughts on this issue. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thank You.....
