C010? You may have a rather large door stop on your hands if it is not something simple locking the machine up. If not it will probably require you havving a look at the main drive. Before diving in it would be worth getting a manual from Paul (just as the $12 or so dollars will be cheaper than writing the machine off) to help you through taking it apart and reassembling it correctly.

Hi, C010 = Main motor abnormality: The main motor is not rotating normally.
check welds, TOSHIBA MAIN MOTOR 6LA62281000
F100 = HDD format error: HDD cannot be initialized normally.
