Print received faxes during service time

    Hello everybody,
I've an e-452 with fax board GD-1150 installed on it, it's been down for couple of days waiting for certain part to be available (fuser thms) , after fixing the machine everything was working smoothly, but the received faxes during the down time were not there, I waited so the machine will print anything, but it didn't, it just prints the newly arrived faxes as usual, indeed there are forwarded to a local machine storage file.

my question; is there any way to do a force printing for the faxes received during down time ?

    Thank everybody,

Not sure I understand why you would expect to receive faxes when MFP is down...Emujo
If you don't see your question answered in the forum, please don't think it's OK to PM me for a personal reply...I do not give out firmware and/or manuals.

I'm with Emujo on this. With a fuser error the machine can be turned off or left On, but either way it will not process fax receptions. When Off, the machine does not receive. When in error condition it does not receive. No receptions means ... no receptions.

If it was something else, like say jamming, you could leave the machine On and remove all the paper. The machine would receive all receptions to memory then print when paper is available. =^..^=

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Many thanks for the answers fellows,

I've checked the manual and it says almost the same,

the question is; if the machine will not receive fax unless it is on and power is available to the fax board, what is the function of the backup batteries installed on the fax board module, I used to think it is used for charging the faxing operation during power down intervals...

Seems I was mistaken about them

        Thanks Again !

It's for holding settings, and for holding received documents when the machine was On, then powered Off. =^..^=
