[Misc] Toshiba e166 cant go to ready mode

Hi all, Toshiba e-studio 166 when i turn on the machine, the screen only show a "0" blinking. i wait about 5 minutes it still at that step. No sign and any button i press also no function. Can anyones HELP ME~~PLEASE~~

There is screw driver sign also bling.press "C" and "8" together and tell the code first.

Reset the nvram. Press and hold *13 and power on the machine. It will make a long beep if you've done it right.

Hi~ i tried the *13 and power on machine. I dint get a long beep and even i follow the service manual's step, it will keep blinking at AD step. Something like it cant go in ready and service mode.

I've never came across this, but you might need to rewrite the firmware. You could try to take out the drum unit and the fuser and power on the machine this way. See if it does something different.
