Here I am again, counting on you Guys. Does anyone servicing this machine? You know guys, I replaced the PM kits. The problem is when I went to 08 mode, It's asking for PASSWORD. The default username is SERVICE. It is fixed like that. I cant even reset PM counters because of that. I tried using the defaults "123456" and "000000" but no success. Any information will be greatly appriciated. or If someone can give me a service manual I am willing to trade mine. Just in case I have the manuals you want. Thanks in advance. God bless all.

Doesn't need a password just hit OK, unless you or someone else programed one.Comment

I just received a call from one client with the same model. It works without a password and user name was Service. D****. Can't believe I was that f**l, didn't tried it. Oh, maybe I was just afraid of three trials locked up. Anyway thanks dog_man.Such a great help.Comment

If anyone attended the training course for the ebx models this would have been explained. Just press ok, then sing a random song until it gets to the 08/05 etc option you are accessing. Takes a while on the ebx models.It didn't say that I couldn't do it in the manual.Comment
