I have one that says there is a misfeed and to open the door below the feed tray on the right side. Nothing there and doesnt reset. I noticed when powering it up and just before the misfeed error is shown that neither of the paper trays lift...no sound of motors...nothing...so is that why the misfeed error comes up and what does one do to fix that problem? Thanks

Use 03 mode to test sensors. It is likely the one on the bottom of the bypass assembly. I think it is the same switch as in the ADU unit, you could swap out and test. Part # is 6LE09239000 or 4401983080 may work, too. Good Luck.
