[Misc] wait warming up scaner, user function key not responding

Hello
I have this machine toshiba e-studio 350 that does not enter ready state.
The display shows "wait warming up".
The machine has a gm-2010 key attached and when the scanner hard button is pressed and it does not turn green,
the user functions key does not respond to.
I replaced the thermistors the same again.
Any idea will help.

Step 1 - change HDD and update firmware.
Step 2 - change SYS board (the board with RJ45 connector) and update firmware.

Generally check procedures in SH for proper exchange procedure.

It would defiantly code out if it was the thermistor. I've had the display board go and after you touch one part of the touch screen it would do the same thing the way I found out it was that is by touching the screen and it would be locked up any part you touched would be locked up
