[Dead] Toshiba e453 could not start after a few minute running

I have one toshiba e453 .After running a few minute the main screen can not move and all the button is dead .I can not touch and do my job propertly .Plz help me soleve
this problem

Probably needs a new hard drive. Unplug the hard drive and see what happens.
