    Desktop color MFP ?

What desktop color MFP are you or your Company having good reliability with ?
I need a good small color box in my lineup to offer my customers and don't know which would be best...
I currently sell/service: B/W Toshiba, Sharp, Konica Minolta and Kyocera.

Are either of these manufactures desktop color boxes any good, or what would some of you recommend ?

    Re: Desktop color MFP ?

We've sold a few of the Toshiba e347cs machines. None of them are doing particularly heavy volume, but we haven't had any problems. Very easy to work on and a small footprint.
Why does every customer think they're the first one to ever say: "you've been here so much we should get you an office, ha, ha, ha"?

I don't have any positive responses, but a couple negative ones. You can pass right over the bizhub C25, bizhub C35, FS-C2526MFP, FS-C2626MFP, or any of the Gemini series for that matter. All of these seem to manage well enough at low volume, but at higher volumes they fall flat. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
