Toshiba E-282 changes direction of the copy on the paper from the glass

when placing an original on the glass ( only Doc-feeder is fine ) to make a copy the customer keys in the amount of copies they want and walk away when they come back the first five to ten copies are fine the rest printed at right angles to the paper ( ltr-R ) instead of ltr. I first thought impossible somebody changed something. but this problem is now happened 4 times to them. I turned of APS AMS no change in the problem , the only thing we notice is that the doc-feeder does not have this problem. I was thinking the sensors under the glass , but if it is only one original and it only scans once how would that be. The rest of the machine works great no issues. Does anyone have any idea ???

Try pulling page memory and reseating it. This can fix several of these type of problems.

If facing the machine from the front there is the left bracked for the ADF. To the left of that there is an actuator which above that there is the plastic which contacts it. Are the parts all there and working correctly (pushing the actuator down etc).
It didn't say that I couldn't do it in the manual.
