[Misc] ES 3510c unresponsive after touching screen

Hey all,

I have an eStudio 3510c. Boots up fine and will print and copy fine.
As soon as I touch the touch screen then all the UI stops working.
The first touch works but then it stops working and all the buttons stop working.

Even in service modes 05 and 08 the touch screen only works once.
I have formatted the drive and reapplied a recent firmware (luckily you only have to press the touchscreen once to apply the firmware).

I have replugged in all the cables into the screen.

Any other ideas?

Have you tried 08-692 touch screen calibration?

try formatting HDD 0-8 690

This machine has been around for quite some time, it may just be the control panel has given up the ghost. Emujo
