    E-2040C Duplexing issue

I have a machine that while doing duplexing the first side that copies gets what I would call the alligator skin look on a portion of the image and the second side is looks great.. it does this on glass and from the adf and when printing. It does it on black and on color.. it has a new transfer belt and drums and blades all look good. and of course I cleaned everything I could think of.. only thing I could think of is that the fuser could be causing this.. I will try to post some pics if I can figure it out.. thanks

What is the GSM of the paper you are using? and are what drawer/cassette are you printing/copying from. Looks a little like the fuser is not fusing the image correctly. I am assuming the pressure is on the fuser.
It didn't say that I couldn't do it in the manual.
