    SHUTDOWN & PRINT ISSUE

I have some problem with my Toshiba E-STUDIO 450 Machine.
    1. It denies to shut down (When i tries the it says- `Not allowed this time')
    2. When i print something from my PC, it shows that data is being received but no data were processed and no print is made.
Can any one please help me out?
    I'll be thankful.

Go into the job queue and delete the stuck job (s). The MFP will not allow you to shut down through the control panel when there is a job in the queue. Could be a corrupt fax job that is causing this. You may have to get the fax service manual to find out how to clear fax image data as it wont be in the job queue. Emujo
If you don't see your question answered in the forum, please don't think it's OK to PM me for a personal reply...I do not give out firmware and/or manuals.

If a fax job is stuck in memory, try: Power On while holding * & 1. Do not release until you hear a beep. Enter 100, press start. This clears all image data.

        Dear,
Thanks to both of you for your effort.
But this didn't solved the problem.
I have checked in every manner but there was no stucked jobs. Even i tried *+1 and then 100.
It's still denies to shut down (NOT ALLOWED AT THIS TIME".
But it shuts down with the timer . Any suggestions please?
        Thanks.

Flatten the hard drive and try some firmware. If that does not works. A headbutt or a punch to the display panel helps me with difficult problems.
It didn't say that I couldn't do it in the manual.
