Check page 1408 of the 6530sm pdf. This is the code i have seen get missed before and it will never go away and finish the 05-396 without error 08-2561 needs to be set back to 1 if its at 0 which it goes to automatically on error it will never complete the 396 without error. Its my opinion that this should be at the top of the troubleshooting for this message instead of near the end where you have tried each thing in series and never got it to work since you didnt change the code but i guess just an example of why we should read it all before you start. The other two things i have seen fix this is epu board and new developer material on different occasions. -
