Toshiba 456 08-400 can't execute

I have the manual and have some experience with those models but never I couldn't clear fuser error.
Machine have C440 error, I replaced the blown fuse and test the fuser on another copier, it is working fine.

I enter simulation 08-400 to clear the error count but when I push the start key the screen goes back to "100% D Test Mode", no sub menu display to clear the error, the same with any other simulation (08-200 etc), also it takes very long time for the test mode to appear when I execute the 08 test mode (turns the copier on and holds the 08 keys), looks to me like logic board problem, if you experience this symptom please let me know what is the best and quickest solution. Thanks.

An e456 is running Toshiba's wonderful new operating system called eBridge X. All the codes are different. 08-400 is now 08-2002. And the slow boot up is just part of the amazing properties of the new OS. Slower response times, slower boot up, slower shut down, occasional lockups, crappy drivers, etc. It's a veritable smorgasbord of crap! With this new OS I've figured out that if I work on nothing but eBx all day it adds about an hour of labour just in waiting for the stupid things to turn off and boot up. Thanks Toshiba!
