I just bought a Toshiba e Studio 6520C. I have it set up to print on my network with its own IP address. My computer finds it and prints to it just fine. However, when I type in the IP address to set up the email and scan functions, it does not find the IP address.... I get a This page can't be displayed. The address is correct and TLS and SSL protocols are enabled.

you might need to check if http is turned on in the networks settings, other wise start from scratch with a nic reset (08) 693 just to set all back to scratch also if you need the address book cleared out I normally recommend a HDD format (08) 690, 2. and if all else fails the SMTP server address setting in the (08) service area is 1038. hope this helps. -

I'm assuming you mean to get into TopAccess right? How does it go if you type the IP address then the port number? I have had this problem before even in IE, but not all the time..
Eg. If your IP address is "10.1.1.99" try 10.1.1.99:8080Comment
