E-Studio 16 CA2 Error

This Toshiba problem is wearing me out! I put another laser in this from a different copier.. Lasted about 1 month, than bang CA2 again..

Please help me get this straight.

or check the laser earth and reconnect the connector between laser and logic board

Flash it

You must flash this unit after replacing the laser. Get the lastest firmware and flash with your laptop.

What is the flash procedure for this unit, where can I get the firmware.
