2 inch print from bypass ,ok from drawer

copy from drawer is ok but when I use bypass, print come 2 inch. if I select paper size such as A4/B4,then bypass is ok. I need help.I want to use unlimited size,08>224>255

you should be selecting the paper size when you run the by-pass

I know that, any alternate idea?????, but some day ago my copier was ok
