    That means your machine needs doing maintenance. After doing, perform 08 - 800 set to 0 and 05 - 290 doing process control. When these words display, the machine's Drum life is near 400K copies needs to replace a new one.

          @buuluu

          Hi
          I've entered the code and the "service recommended for IQC" message was removed. Now, Some black lines appear on prints and copies! also display this msg "Time for periodic maintenance (fuser cleaning web)". How to fix this and remove black line on output?

            Hi
            After you processed "service recommend ...." the black lines appear on copy, you check your Drum, cleaning blade. How are they?. the message Time priodic ...... may be cleaning web is near out of. Checking the cleaning web. If It out of, replace a new one.

                  The Toshiba e523 was introduced in 2008 and is offically no longer supported by Toshiba Tec Japan for neither parts nor supplies.

                  This is a big 500 lb copier that is neither information secure nor energy efficient.

                  Time to consider replacing this copier as the path forward is nothing but grief and unreliability.
