Time for periodic maintenance (fuser cleaning web) in toshiba

I've entered the code and the "service recommended for IQC" message was removed. Now, Some black lines appear on prints and copies! also display this msg "Time for periodic maintenance (fuser cleaning web)". How to fix this and remove black line on output?

Boot up holding 6 key & start key at the same time...when screen comes up enter 2 then start key...displays a parts pm menu, highlight fuser web & reset...reboot.

What model machine? Usually you will have to replace the cleaning web to get the message to go away, when the cleaning web is about depleted it trips a sensor causing the message
