Hi Guys,

I have a customer who has a 281c which is jamming on the exit. It appears that the exit rollers have been baked by the fuser over time and they've gone really hard. If you grab the paper and pull it out as it is exiting then it doesn't jam. Has anyone else seen this happen on this model?

I dont have access to a parts guide for this model either,can you get the exit rollers as part of an assembly or are they individual parts? If anyone happens to know the part number of these rollers that would be awesome.
