Check the transfer belt to make sure it's free to rotate, as the bushings seize up on this model.
Check the transfer belt cleaner isn't clogged up / spring popped out of unit ( the auger is a long spring on this model ) , customer's shake the waste box & refit it, it then fills up & the machine doesn't know as there are no sensors & so the EPU's & TBU cleaner get clogged up.
Check that both contacts for the 2nd transfer roller ( inside frame , front & rear roller contacts ) are clean & neither have the packing left attached from setup
Check that the white spacers that sit in the drum unit are in place , they space the LED - Drum ( sometimes they get vacuumed up / tipped into a pile of toner & disappear )

Black stripes appear for both copy/print...Visual check on cleaning unit, process unit...Suspect 2nd transfer problem...Any1 encounter b4?
