I have the correct file. Maybe someone did, because as I posted before I saw the firmware installed was T169SLGWW.02 before I did my updating. I have .01N file. Please read the entire posts before posting. But thanks to all for the support. I have the download jig K-PWA-DLM-320 which I will try on later.

if you have the T169SLGWW.02 firmware then you have the 4CCD which is wrong

Yes. I read the technical bullettin.
The copier is Xenon lamp, Red dot 01N is attached on the SLG board.
The installed version of Scan firmware is T160SLGWW.002.
But theres no error unless I started copying. After the first page goes out, it will take sometime and error F111 pops out.

Yes. I tried 08-9090. Service Mode appeared in lower left side of the screen.but still the same behavior when I started copying.

I think I know what seems to be the problem. Thank you for the technical bullettin. I checked the board it is 01N (red). The installed version is T160SLGWW.002. My file is 01N so I was thinking why the installed version is different. The updater version is not showing but I have the correct file. I asked the costumer and they said someone took the machine before for repair. Maybe they installed the wrong one. Is there anyway to reflash it without using the download jig?

Thanks Thomas007. I will try that later. By the way, in addition to that the scanner is just moving a little bit forward going to the slit glass and then going back to the home position. Its not even lighting. If will do 08-9090, do I have to calibrate the developer?

By the way, is the file name for the yellow one the same file name for the red dot?
