    [Error Code] e-studio 3511 blocked SAV (8+clear: code C970) help

    hello
    my e-studio 3511 is blocked and the error is C970.
    I don't know how to fix the issue?
    excuse my english because i am french...

      It's going back a while for me but I think it is the Main Charge Corona Cleaner not making home position - does it make a gear grinding noise? If so, try pushing the Charger in, as the gears wear and the Cleaner doesn't make it haome in the allotted time.

          yes there is noise
          i don't understand when you tell"try pushing the Charger in"
          what is the charger ? "paper charger ?" excuse me , maybe picture as i understand
