IBT Belt Home Failed Too Long

The IBT belt should have a shiny sensor patch on it it's probably dirty or marked.
If it's dirty then give it a wipe if it is scratched or marked then a new IBT belt is needed

Fairly easy, i suppose. Remove the front door and drum. Remove parts attached to the front of the machine slide belt out.
If you need more explicit instructions PM me and i'll send you the section of the service manual.

I had this same code on a WC7132 last week, a machine I have never seen or worked on, and it was a scratched reflective patch on the IBT belt. The easy way to check this is to open the left panel, remove the fuser, (loosen 2 thumbscrews and pull out fuser with small handles), and inspect the patch on the front side of the IBT belt. You can rotate the belt by hand until you see the patch. I followed the removal/replacement procedure in the PWS edoc and the repair took about 2 hours to complete. Be sure to use canned air on the patch sensor inside the machine before re-installing the belt module.

PWS = Portable Work Station - it's what contains all the manuals and service software for Xerox Machines. Unless you have a copy and a GSN lock then manuals are not easy to sort out. They aren't in PDF format. It runs in a web browser and if you do not type in your GSN lock password it will just display a blank web page with a message saying 'You are not authorised to view this document'

I can send you snippets of the service manual by copying a pasting but i can't send the entire thing

You can buy this at partsdrop.com, $246 plus shipping. I bought one last week and it was a new Xerox part.

The part number i gace you is just for the belt itself.
The belt should just slide off the assembly after taking off the cleaner and possibly a few things that hang over the edge of the frame but apart form that it should be fairly easy.

064K92790 IBT Belt Assembly (WC7232/42 Only)
That is the part number for the whole thing but it doesn't include the IBT cleaner you'll have to swop them over from old to new or here is the part number for that as well, just in case it is old and needs replacing-
