Xerox phaser 7500 skewing second side during duplex

definetly not a xerox guy, but got dumped on me and hoping someone can help.
prints one sided just fine but duplex second side is all over the place, any drawer, any size media.
any ideas? ive alredy changed the entire duplex module and made no diffrence.
