Dear all, I have xerox WC 5735 which cannot be connected to pc as i am unable to open its network settings in admin mode to look at its ip address.
I tried firmware upgrade but the same problem persists. I noted it showed network controller as - , and network controller firmware - . Both of them were blank. I think its not detecting the network controller. Moreover another machine displays NVM -03-004 = 1 as MFD while this machine displays it as 0 i.e. Digital copier. This NVM is read only and i am unable to change it. Kindly guide.
