5325 has message replace consumables /fuser I replaced the fuser and it did not reset so I assume you have to reset it yourself and I cant figure out how to reset it.

The fuser was originally intended to be a CRU (customer replaceable unit) but Xerox decided it should be replaced by a tech.
To clear the message and keep it from showing up:
1. Enter diagnostics mode. Press and hold the 0 for 5-10 seconds then press Start. Enter code 6789. Confirm.
2. Press Machine Status button. Select Tools tab. System settings and Common settings will be highlighted. Scroll to and select Maintenance / Diagnostics.
3. Scroll to page 2. Select Adjustments / Others. Select HFSI Counters.
4. Arrow down and select 954-850. Select Details. Select Spec Life and enter 99,999,999 and Save.
5. Repeat step #4 for 954-851.
6. If the fuser is replaced reset both counters in 954-850 & 954-851.
If you do this you will never get a "replace fuser" message again. Just run the fuser till it physically fails. -
