So I serve many of those model, and have got two machines with this problem.It was mostly on 80gsm-plain paper(tryed many types) and 130/150gsm light cardstock.wc7830a.jpgwc7830.jpg
Second image is a part of the first where the problem is more visible.
I changed fuser unit, transfer belt unit and so one.I tried many different ways to set the paper type on printer driver: as a lighter, or heavier, but nothing solve this problem.I`m done
Anyone with more expirience?!
PS: I think this is a fuser problem, but...
