My older Xerox 4112 is giving me Error Code 127-342 as soon as I boot it up. Bit of searching around online has, and I have found a description of the error ("Job Template Monitor Failure"), but don't really understand what it means or how to fix it.
Anyone encountered this before or have any ideas for troubleshooting it?
