xerox 510dp to purchase

a friend is looking to buy a xerox 510dp copier and scanner unit...
i have over 25yrs as a tech but non on xerox (canon, sharp, km, hp and lexmark)

is this a solid/reliable unit?

what should i look out for?

cost of parts and where to buy (other then xerox)

can i get a service manual?

He should pay over 100 dollars for it. Its getting old maybe 8 years old. Service wise you cannot get a manual, and costs can be high to repair.
