WC5225 with error 027-521
Manual says file or folder suffix is too long for acceptance . Please advise on procedure. Customer says always scans to same place so assuming file name. So would customer have to get in system admin with default 11111 and then delete the particular file and rename it. I don't do IT but want to at least tell customer what to do or to tell there IT guy what to do. Frank/ActionPhotocopy
