    The Sys2 is not accepting the Serial Number in Sys1, and this are the codes under fault.... And the Date still in 01, 01, 2050....

    You can try to remove again the ess nvm pwb, remove battery, be sure the batt voltage = 3 - 3.2 volts,
    put all back and try again the serial procedure.
    If dont work then the litlle ess nvm board is defective and you must replace it with new one.
    With the new electric board you must do same gp4 procedure because there is no serial on new board.

    The sys2 = the litlle board with battery you removed.
    Sys1 is a electronic device which have the correct serial.
    You need to make same serial to sys2

    Follow the link = Xerox Color 550/560/570 Printer with built-in controller Documentation

    and download administrator guide.
    Go to Tools menu on the machine and you can make settings.

    You need to restore some settings into ess nvm pwb.
    You need to apply gp4 procedure as it is write into service manual
    Do you have service manual for the machine ?
