    WC 5745 don�t boot

    XeroxWC5745 not booting. After power on machine display screen goes to green screenwith Xerox logo and machine freeze. After 15-20 min on screen appearsmessage " Communications error" I tried Atboot and forcedAtboot but without success. Initially on screen appears firmware upgradescreen. When upgrade is complied I removed USB flash drive and pressed 0button. Machine goes to rebboot and also freezes on green screen withXerox logo. I replaced software module from working machine and badmachine start to boot and completed boot procedure. I installed newsoftware module but machine still freeze and goesto "Communications error" I tried both Altboot and forced Atlboot but also without luck. What could cause newsoftware module dont start?

      Machine nvm's reload using pws tool.

                      What if you install the new software module into the machine that the used software module came from? Will it also boot up fully?
                      Usually with a new software module, you need to go through the install phase and set the correct machine speed and so on.
                      What voltage do you read on the battery installed on the software modules? They should not be less than 2.8v.
                      The used software module installed the machine boots fullyand is functional. Sometime needs poweroff/power on cycle. When the new software module is installed into the machinethat the used software module came machine begins boot up as normally fuser , also installed fuser from othermachine but machine remains stopped with this message. Software module battery voltage is 2.9v
