5335 says "offline" when it is on a 10.1.4.15 ip. If I move it to 10.1.4.18 and re add printer it is ok and online. I connected a laptop to copier and printed to it. Why would when I look at the copier remotely it appears offline. Does anyone know and know the fix for this offline problem? Thank you.
