[CQ] WorkCentre 6027 - Black lines when Scanning & Copying.

Hi Guys! Anyone here encounter this issue when scanning and copying (please see pic below) on the left you will see the configuration page that i print and on the right its a photocopy of the config page, i don't get any black lines when Printing, but for scanning and copying even in ADF or Flatbed its always having this thick black lines. Scanner Assembly issue? Thanks!

are you sure nothing is blocking the scanner lens? did you try calibrating the scanner? what have you tried?

Thanks for your reply! How can i calibrate the scanner? Yes I'm sure nothing is blocking the scanner. Please see video below.
