xerox D125 HDD ERROR

hello all
the D125 have an error 116-354
its a HDD Product code fail

i cannot format the hdd from the xerox maintenance mode
how can i reformat the HDD

Not sure if this works on that model, have had luck with

Hold (3) (stop) (energy saver) all at power up, or (4) .One clears Ram, other Formats BOOT the HDD, don't remember which does which.
