    bypass tray paper jam xeox 5765

    after replacing bypass tray the copier is power on with noise from bypass tray.and also when i print it make noise and give jam.please tell me what i have done wrong inreplacing.

      maybe an small spring of the relay gate fall down at the bypass tray installation.. its a very small spring.
