on my docucolor 240 I changed the ROM which was damaged, but when it came on I got the error code 061-310. the DADF works, the tray 5 works. Only the belt cycle does not. I own PWS. thank you all.

Not sure why the ROM would have anything to do with 061-310 bad laser unit. Did you ever fix this machine?

Rom 1.231.5. how can I see that of the printer?
the screen always comes out in English even if the change at each power-up and the copy and off button

What software level is on ROM and what level is on machine.

before changing the XEROX DC 240 ROM 160K99820 did not give me this problem. is it not possible to reset these types of errors or to see through PWS if you finish everything fine before buying a new Ros or connectors? thank you

The 061-310 RAP says to check connectors on the (Y/M) ROS, and the MCU PWB. If they are ok, replace (Y/M) ROS, 062K17306, or MCU PWB, 960K18011.
