I previously installed a power supply to this BF01 finisher on a WC 5745. (Unclear if this was happening before power supply install)The paper (frequent intermittent) when going into the finisher exit "tray" when running sets. The paper will miss the paper side guides and go under it. I have cleaned rollers and checked for obstructions and found nothing and everything looks like is working as it should. I put a different brand ream of paper in and it still did it... Fuser in great shape... I included a video of the problem. Jam history shows 11.025 jam. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated !!
