Scan to PC, image problem
Dear all,
Today i face this funny problem on Fuji Xerox AP-III 4000. On the scan to PC , when the scan in color is selected, the background of scanned copy on the PC is become purple but when black & white is selected the background is no problem. What else could effect the scan since i have tried replaced the CCD unit and the IIT/IPS PWB but the issue was not solve. Any guide to this problem is much appreciated.
