[Error Code] xerox 7225i error of fusion

hello i have a client that has a xerox 7225i that displays merging error and ellen 'not print
1- I changed the value of NVM 774-248 to 0 nothing changed
2- Check the sw version of the controller sw - reload Software
3-after research on this platform, I have an info that tells me to change the ROS
. NOTHING changed need help

Good afternoon. I am a little confused and may be due to language translation. I am not sure what the Merging and Ellen not printing are. Is there any error codes displayed, what is the machine doing? All we see in here is you have a Xerox 7225 with Fusion error and you come up with ROS replacement. We need codes, what it is doing. More info the faster this post will be responded to. Help us to Help you
