so when you send a print job it doesn't print?

can you copy/scan?

this machine defaults to copy/scan on the screen .. that doesn't mean PRINT UNABLE...

do you have lights on the NIC?

what IP range are you using on machine and network?

can you print out config page?

what about if you use the RUI? can you login as ADMIN?

Hello , Thanks so much for your help. Sorry I am not a technician and i can not understand same acronyms you have written like "lights on the NIC" and RUI or how to do to print a config page. I go to conect the printer to the computer and see if can print even with the display in scan mode.
Also i go to take a picture from the display like it appears. It seems when i turn the machine ON, there is any movement inside from the belt , drums fuser and so on...
