We've a few out there now. Basically an evolution of the WorkCentre 78 series so the usual rock solid reliability.
We've had one duff screen and one short that constantly blew a board. Both on brand new machines and both returned as DOA and replaced no issues. Since those issues though, barely a call.

Thanks for the reply - Do you have a handle on the connectivity? I know that in the past they had network & scanning issues. Before that, there were paper feeding issues - but i'm not hearing that from you.
